Meet Attorney Nick Alsaka

Nick is the founder of Alsaka Law & Counsel, PLLC, a boutique Tampa Bay firm focused on preventing disputes, resolving conflicts early, and guiding clients through complex legal decisions with clarity and confidence. His practice covers real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, contracts, personal injury, and general civil litigation. For growing companies, he serves as fractional in-house counsel — providing ongoing strategic support in contracts, governance, compliance, and dispute positioning.

Nick approaches every matter with a business-first mindset. Legal decisions affect finances, operations, and relationships — so whether he is reviewing contracts, structuring agreements, or addressing disputes, his guidance is grounded in efficiency, cost awareness, and measurable outcomes. Rather than escalating conflict, he focuses on solutions that create stability and forward momentum.

Before founding the firm, Nick developed his practice in complex commercial and civil litigation — including serving as second chair in a three-week medical malpractice trial in Chicago that resulted in a full defense verdict against an $11 million ask, and successfully arguing a Title VII discrimination appeal before the Ninth Circuit while still in law school.

Nick earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and was recognized as a Distinguished Scholar and Thomas Tang Memorial Scholarship recipient. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Arabic Language & Literature from the University of Florida and is admitted to practice in Florida, Illinois, and the Middle District of Florida.
